- Service Agreement: By using our pet care service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Scope of Service: Our pet care service includes pet feeding, walking, grooming, and medicine administration as outlined by the client. We do not provide health care services beyond basic first aid and medicine administration.
- Responsibilities of the Client: Clients must provide accurate information about their pet's health, behavior, and any special needs. Clients must supply all necessary items for their pet's care, including food, medications, leashes, and toys. Clients must ensure their pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.
- Scheduling and Cancellations: Clients must schedule services in advance and provide adequate notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged the full service fee.
- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Late payments may incur additional 10% in fees and/or suspension of service.
- Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, we cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during our services. Clients are responsible for any damages caused by their pet to property, other animals, or persons.
- Use of Pet Photos: We may take photos of pets during our services for use on our website or in promotional materials. If clients do not wish for their pet's photos to be used, they must communicate this explicitly to us by writing to pawpickedpetcare@gmail.com.
- Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency involving your pet, we will make every effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you and immediate medical attention is required, we reserve the right to seek treatment from a licensed veterinarian at the client's expense.
- Termination of Service: We reserve the right to terminate services if we feel that the safety or well-being of your pet is at risk, or if the client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.
- Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our clients and their pets and will not disclose any personal or confidential information without consent, except as required by law.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or written notice.
